Oilganic Product Review Submissions

Oilganic.com accepts products from wholesalers and bulk suppliers for testing and review. Successful products are placed in the spotlight on Oilganic.com exposing them to many thousands of potential buyers.
Exposure on Oilganic.com for selected products will mean your business will receive greater sales leads on targeted products.
A review places your product in the spotlight where 1,000s of potential buyers are looking each month.
Product reviews are placed up on the main page we're they are seen by the majority of visitors to Oilganic. They are also given there own web page on the Oilganic website.

Submissions Requirements
We try to be flexible and accommodating to the best of our ability. That said we do focus on products that contain or are related to non-synthetic essential oils (and vegetable oils) and we believe will be of interest to buyers on Oilganic.com.
Products accepted...
- Aromatherapy products (Aroma candles, aroma blends, diffusers, etc..)
- Massage products (Creams, medical products,etc...)
- Skin Care products (Moisturisers, facial cleanser,etc..)
- Toiletries & Cosmetic products (Shampoos, toothpaste, soaps,etc..)
- Fragrance products (perfumes etc...)
- Foods products (must be flavoured with an essential oil)
- Essential Oils (and raw materials), please include the botanical name, country of origin, data sheets, target markets (Aromatherapy, Fragrance, flavor etc) and the extraction method (steam etc).We ask for good quality, well made and environmentally sound products. Bonuses are...

Submission Terms and Conditions
- Retail products must be offered and available in wholesale qualities by the submitter.
- Product labeling should be in English.
- We cannot return samples.
- We cannot guarantee your product will be reviewed for a number of reasons, click here.
- We do not pay for lost, blocked or missing products.
- We do not pay for shipping or samples.
- We reserve the right to reproduce all information you supply free of copyright.Why your product may not have been reviewed...
- We didn't receive the information and samples or it was blocked by quarantine.
- Samples or data where damaged in transit.
- Essential data / images were missing.
- Samples were not received or missing.
- The company form and/or the product forms where missing.
What you need to submit!
Submitting is a 3 step process...
1. Print and complete a 'Company Form' on this page, click here.
2. Print and complete a 'Product Review Form' for each product/range your submitting, click here.
3. Post all the forms, an additional information (CD-ROMs, Brochures, etc) and samples to....request postal address
If your product is selected for review, you will be notified via the email you submitted on the 'Company Form'.
