Back to essential oils list

Rose oil is often extract as an absolute using solvents or CO2 extraction to obtain as much of the precious fragrance as possible from the flowers of the rosa damascena. In the case of real Rose oil, or Rose Otto it is sometimes call, it is exceedingly expensive and rare. Rose oil is a delightful rarity and is prized in many famous perfume fragrances. Therapeutically it balances and in skin care there are few skins toners that compare.
